Corporate
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, we want to hear about it. This applies to every company in Valuo.
How to raise a complaint
You can raise a complaint with the company you dealt with, or with Valuo directly:
- email [email protected] with “Complaint” in the subject line, or
- use the contact form and choose “General enquiry”.
Tell us which company you dealt with, the reference on your engagement letter or invoice if you have one, what went wrong and what outcome you are looking for.
If your concern is about a valuation
Tell us which part of the report you disagree with and why, and send any evidence you think was missed or misread. A report is an opinion formed on the information and instructions available at the time; we will explain how the conclusion was reached and say plainly if we find an error.
What happens next
We acknowledge every complaint in writing, review it against the engagement records and the work itself, and reply with what we found and what we propose to do about it. We keep you informed if the review takes longer than expected.
If you are not satisfied
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the fair trading or consumer affairs agency in your state or territory. Raising a complaint with us does not affect any other rights you have.
